Next, if your physical health is all right, find out if anyone in your immediate family suffers from the same condition. Also, if you are willing, go to a psychiatrist, who would be able to help you if the condition is psychological.

Do not take sweating while sleeping mildly. This can be the beginning of a lot of physical problems and it is a great idea to nip any problem in the bud.
